Privacy notice

MortgageExplained, operated by Muswell Rose Ltd, collects only the details you choose to submit in an enquiry and uses them to introduce you to a regulated mortgage broker. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing adam@muswellrose.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email, optional phone number, your broad situation and any message. We do not require an account and there is no email gate to read the guides.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to you and to introduce you to a regulated mortgage broker who can advise you. We share your enquiry with that broker for that purpose. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email adam@muswellrose.com.
